Giuseppe Muto

PhD student at Bocconi University, where he collaborates with the Chairs of AI Regulation and Constitutional Law and within the LLM in Law of Technology and Automated Systems. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the “Rivista di diritto dei media” (Medialaws) and is also a research fellow at DICOPO. His research interests focus on AI, constitutional law and the intersection between the branches of government. Main publications include book chapters and journal articles.
