WHAT WE DO
Unit Directors: Stefano Caselli & Stefano Gatti
The Unit produces applied, highly influential research with strong impact on the community of pratictioners, policymakers and scholars in all the fields of activity related to investment banking and structure finance: equity and debt capital markets, private equity and venture capital, M&A and corporate restructuring, infrastructure financing for private projects and PPPs.
We focus on the role of financial intermediaries in these fields and study the evolution of capital markets and the impact that recent trends had on the behavior of investors.
