Luca Enriques

Luca Enriques is Professor of Business Law at Bocconi University. From 2014 to 2024 he was the Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Oxford Faculty of Law, where he is now Visiting Professor. He is also a Research Fellow at the European Corporate Governance Institute. From 2007 to 2012 he was a Consob Commissioner. He has published widely in the fields of corporate law and financial regulation.
