Antonio Marra
Antonio Marra is Full Professor of Accounting and Financial Management at the Department of Accounting of Bocconi University, where he is also Department Chair. He holds visiting positions at Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania, Stern School of Business – New York University, University of Iowa, and Baruch College. His research focuses on accounting quality determinants and its economic consequences; mergers and acquisitions and particular reference is given to the role of culture and its dynamics in the accounting context. Recently he specialized on the effect of Organized Crime on firms' dynamics. He has published in leading international journals including The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies; Auditing: A journal of Practice and Theory; European Accounting Review; among others. Antonio is member of the European Accounting Association and the American Accounting Association, Certified CPA and Auditor.
