Giovanni Tuzet

Giovanni Tuzet is an Associate Professor of Philosophy of Law at Bocconi University, where he teaches Legal Argumentation and Economic Analysis of Law. He studied law and philosophy in Ferrara, Turin and Paris, and has been Visiting Scholar at the Yale Law School and the Northwestern School of Law in Chicago. His areas of interest include epistemology, pragmatism, argumentation theory, philosophy of law and economic analysis of law.
