Mariateresa Maggiolino

Mariateresa Maggiolino is the Director of the 5-year Master Program in Law of the Bocconi University, where she is also Associate Professor of Business law. She has been visiting professor at Fordham Law School, New York, in 2015. At the moment, her main fields of interest are Antitrust Law, Banking law and Data law. She has published three monographs – La disciplina giuridica della gestione dei crediti deteriorati nella prospettiva delle banche: profili critici (2020), I Big Data e il Diritto Antitrust (2018) and Intellectual Property and Antitrust: A comparative and Economic Analysis of US and EU Law (2011) – and many articles in both national and international journals.
