Miriam Allena

Miriam Allena is Associate Professor of Administrative Law at Bocconi. Her research interests are in the area of administrative law (in particular, administrative sanctions and the ECHR, the relationships between administrative procedure and trial, administrative regulation of market) and environmental law. She has been Associate research Fellow at the Centre for Socio Legal Studies of the University of Oxford. From 2012 to 2014 she was Researcher at the Law faculty of Catholic University of Milan.
