Laura Zanetti

Research Unit Director. Laura Zanetti is associate professor with tenure of corporate finance as well as academic director of the Bachelor of Economics and Finance at Bocconi University. Previously, she was a member of the Executive Council of the Department of Finance and Director of the Master of Science in Finance at Bocconi, Visiting scholar at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and LSE (London School of Economics and Political Science). Her research interests include corporate finance and governance, industrial performance, long term capital and business valuation. She has published many books and papers on these subjects. Professor Zanetti has also served as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Auditor, board member and statutory auditor for a number of major national and international listed companies, and she is the chairperson of Italmobiliare.
