Valeria Giacomin

Valeria Giacomin is Assistant Professor at Bocconi University at the Department of Social and Political Sciences. Before joining BocconiValeria She obtained her PhD in Copenhagen Business School 2016 and held postdoctoral fellowships at Harvard Business School (Newcomen) and University of Southern California (Founder Fellow in Historical Entrepreneurship at Greif Center). At Bocconi Valeria teaches courses on business and global history. Her work has been published in Business History, Enterprise & Society, MOH, Journal of Global History and Journal of Business Ethics. Her research focuses on global and business history, entrepreneurship and ethics, emerging markets and clustering.
