Alberto Manconi

Alberto Manconi is an associate professor of finance at Bocconi University. He obtained a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in Finance from INSEAD, and earlier degrees in economics and finance from the University of Pisa and the University of Turin. He has published articles in leading finance journals, including the Journal of Financial Economics and the Review of Financial Studies. His research has received several awards, including the W.F. Sharpe Award for Scholarship in Financial Research and Best Paper Awards at the SFS Cavalcade Asia-Pacific conference. His research focuses on financial intermediation and corporate finance.
