Chiara Mosca

Chiara Mosca is assistant professor of company law at Bocconi University in Milan. She received her PhD in Internal and International Commercial and Corporate Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and holds a M.Sc from the London School of Economics. Her main areas of research include takeover regulation, market abuse and corporate governance, investment services and investor protection.
