Claudia Imperatore

Claudia Imperatore is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Accounting of Bocconi University. She is interested in corporate governance issues such as shareholder dynamics between dominant and minority shareholders, the impact of shareholder rights on firms’ investment and financing decisions, and executive compensation design. Her work has been published in leading accounting and management journals such as the Journal of Accounting and Economics, Strategic Management Journal, European Accounting Review, and Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, among the others, and has been covered in several blogs (e.g., Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, CLS Blue Sky Blog, The FinReg Blog: Duke University Law School and ECGI).
