Lauren Vollon

I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Università Bocconi. I joined Bocconi in  September 2022 after completing my PhD from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I conduct empirical research on capital market regulation with a focus on the effects of disclosure regulation and transparency. I am generally interested in the role of disclosure (regulation) and its effects on capital markets and the behavior of different stakeholders.
