Maria Lucia Passador

Maria Lucia Passador is an Assistant Professor of Corporate Law and Financial Markets Regulation. She holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, a Ph.D. in Business Law from Bocconi University and a Combined BSc and MSc in Law from the same University. Her main research interests encompass corporate law, corporate governance, empirical corporate finance and securities regulation. More precisely, she delves into matters concerning the independence of directors, the representation of minority shareholders on the board of directors, and the Codes of corporate governance.
